Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Jake Ryan is a professional actor with experience both on stage and in film. Jake has always had a knack for entertaining and story-telling, but it wasn’t until he joined his high school theatre program that he realized his passion for acting. He dreamed of being an actor, but he put that aside to attend Texas Tech University. Once he was done there, he decided to pursue acting fully and got involved in the film scene in Austin. He started working in 2019 and has since booked roles in television, a made-for-television movie, independent and short films, and multiple commercials. He loves the opportunity to get to explore his creative side in front of the camera and the rush of being on a set. He has experience with improv, stage combat, horseback riding, weapons, and stunts. He is most often cast in villain roles but he hopes to one day get the opportunity to play the hero.
