Cassidy Wiedman classifies herself as a true creative with extended knowledge in both video production and performance. She majored in Media Arts at the University of North Texas, allowing her the opportunity to maintain positions both in front and behind the camera. After deciding her assets were better suited in front of the camera, she claimed a theatre minor and began taking performance-based classes to grow her talents. There she gained knowledge on contact improv, stage combat, the art of clowning, and discovered herself as an actress. Since graduating, she has taken on principle rolls in various indie short films around DFW, landed a couple small commercial gigs, rejoined the theatre world, and maintained a successful venture in competitive swing dancing. She also enjoys writing music for a future EP, painting, and impromptu photoshoots. Cassidy’s well-rounded background makes her easy to work with, knowledgeable on all sides production, and a delight on set!
